LPSS Flushing Services

LPSS Flushing Agreements
Where a pressure sewer network requires periodic flushing during the development and build-out period, we can prepare a Flushing Agreement outlining the required flushing arrangements.
‍
The agreement can include:
• Proposed flushing frequency during the development period
• Build-out dependent flushing requirements
• Minimum number of connected properties required before flushing is no longer required
• Applicable flushing velocity and volume criteria
• Identification of the nominated flushing contractor
• Flushing and reporting requirements

Providing a clear flushing arrangement for the subdivision's maintenance period.
‍
LPSS Flushing & Maintenance
Once the pressure sewer system is operational, we can carry out the required flushing in accordance with the approved Flushing Agreement.
Our LPSS flushing service can include:
• Site mobilisation and set-up
• Pressure sewer network flushing
• Flushing of designated mains and branches
• Monitoring of flushing requirements
• Site clean-up and pack-down
• Flushing records and compliance reporting

Flushing requirements can vary between developments depending on the network design, pipe sizes, connected properties and build-out stage. We review the project requirements before commencing works to ensure the flushing is carried out in accordance with the approved arrangement.
